Sound familiar?
Your roadmap doesn’t fit into an off-the-shelf template.
If you’re racing to prove the business, this probably hits close to home.
You’ve outgrown the prototype
The Notion doc and no-code stack got you here—but they won’t survive real concurrency, roles, or compliance conversations with your first real customer.
Your team is the “integration layer”
Tools don’t talk to each other. People copy data between tabs, chase status in Slack, and babysit spreadsheets that should have been product months ago.
Investors want traction, not another deck
You need something customers can log into: onboarding, core workflows, and basic admin—not a clickable mock that falls over under real usage.
Your last build stalled halfway
Scope crept, handoffs broke, or the agency optimized for hours billed instead of a shippable slice. You still need working software on a startup clock.
Nobody can take a holiday
Critical flows live in one person’s head—or one fragile script. Your business shouldn’t break when someone steps away for a week.
What we build
MVPs that match how your startup actually runs.
We don’t resell a platform. We build yours—scoped for runway, ready for real users.

Why Simple Software Solutions
Built for founders who need leverage, not theater.
We focus on early-stage MVPs because that is where scope discipline matters most: every week counts, every feature competes with runway, and “almost done” is expensive. Our process is designed to keep you shipping working software—not managing a black box.
Small senior-led team, tight feedback loops, and documentation your next hire can actually use.

Before you book the call.
Straight answers—if we are not the right partner, we will say so.
How long does a typical MVP take?
Most focused MVPs land in roughly four to ten weeks depending on surface area, integrations, and compliance needs. You are not waiting until the end to see progress—we aim for runnable slices every week once build is underway. We will give you a specific timeline before you commit.
What does it cost?
We usually start with a short discovery engagement: fixed scope, fixed price, and tangible outputs (flows, technical risks, and a phased plan). Full build is typically structured as a milestone-based engagement aligned to your runway. We will give you a clear number before you commit—no surprise invoices mid-flight.
We already have a prototype / no-code tool. Can you work with that?
Yes. We can harden what is working, replace brittle pieces, and integrate with the services you already rely on. We will not force a rip-and-replace on day one if it does not serve your timeline.
What happens after launch?
Launch includes stabilization support so your first users do not get stuck. After that, many teams continue with light retainers for iteration, performance, and new workflows—your call, documented up front.
How is this different from a freelancer or a big agency?
Freelancers can be great—but solo context switching is risky at MVP pace. Big agencies often optimize for process overhead. We sit in the middle: senior execution, a single accountable thread, and weekly working increments so nothing goes sideways for months in silence.
